I've always been a storyteller...
In high school, my mother took me to talent shows and made me do monologues from Shakespeare, in costume. Needless to say, I quickly learned how to be comfortable in front of an audience and speak with confidence.
I have many stories I love to tell that inspire and challenge. Whether it's for a school assembly, keynote, or special event, I can bring a dynamic message to your audience. From living through my parents separating when I was a senior in high school, to facing danger on solo backpacking trips in extreme conditions, my stories emphasize hope, courage, and perseverance in the face of adversity. I use these narratives to encourage people to leverage the power of a positive attitude, and never give up. Whether it's sharing from my extensive research into youth and social media, or showing people how to use their instincts to lead to greater opportunities, there's something I can use to connect with any group.
My story library is vast & varied. I've followed my instincts to a free hot air balloon ride. I've been the subject of a search and rescue operation which resulted in the most insane ride in a Crown Victoria ever. I've had a backstage pass to film Rodney Atkins. I've traveled by myself over thousands of miles on road trips to film and photograph. These are just a few examples of stories I will use to engage your group, bringing hope, humor, and inspiration to bear through real life experiences. Please feel welcome to contact me, I will work with you to tailor a presentation that most effectively reach your audience!
